Day 15 at Life Change Recovery Center: "Start of Something New.."
Ika- 27 ng Enero 2010 (Miyerkules)

Yes, something new talaga today. Hehehe. :)

That morning napag-usapan namin ay yung magaganap na special event this day. Yeh. Love it!

Sa totoo lang maraming nangyari sa araw na ito, gaya ng pictorial with Doc Bolet sa morning at kay Doc Randy in the afternoon naman ayee. ;)

Photoshoot with the Doctors:

(Left to Right): Mary, Daisy, Nadz, Dana, Rio, Doc Randy, Bethel, Laura and Haha

*Nagstart ang pictorial, around 1pm na siguro. Sabi ni Doc kailangan syempre mukhang natural yung photos, so may itinuro siyang low energy, Relaxation Technique. I will not forget this opportunity. At sabi pa ni Doc Randy na pag may time daw he will have a group session with us. We are really looking forward na dumating yung araw na iyon. :)

Graduation Day of Kuya N.

After that photoshoot, (this might open showbiz opportunities for us. Hehe), nagstart na kami ng aming presentation, 'Start of Something New', song from High School Musical OST. Very relevant ito sa event na magaganap dahil it tells something about the 'New Life' or 'New Beginning'. And Kuya N. and his family, after his stay here in LCRC will start his Life again. And sana nga he will be able to get into the right track again. Mabilisan ang mga pangyayari sa hapong iyon, practice ng mga residents, changed the backdrop, and preparation for the program. Kinausap kami ng aming practicum supervisor about the program at tinanong niya ang tungkol sa mga mangyayari at kung nakausap na ba yung mga taong involved doon. We thought everything was already prepared but we forgot to communicate sa mga taong may special part sa graduation. So because of what happened napagtanto namin na kahit ang pinakamaliit na detalye ay hindi dapat kalimutan. And when someone gave you a liability or accountability for something, that person trusts you because s/he knew that you can do that task.

Honestly, pinigilan kong umiyak dahil kapag umiyak ako iyak talaga. Almost first part pa lang ng program yung AVP na pinaghandaan namin was very touching na, lalo pa nang magsalita yung family ni K.N., at ng nakita ko rin siyang almost teary-eyed na. Sir Al also gave a very meaningful message , yung mga challenges na hinarap niya during his stay as the porgram officer of LCRC, at first time naming makita si Sir na emotional.

At siguro one thing that I learned fro this event, everyone deserves a second chance. And K.N., made some mistakes in his life, yet his stay here in LCRC become his second chance- to change his old ways, start anew, and become a better and stronger person.

Truly, what is happening to us is planned by GOD. At kung anuman yung mga bagay na iyon whether good or bad man, we will still end up

realizing that 'It made sense". ;)
