Day 21 at Life Change Recovery Center: "Q. joined the Aerobics Session"

Today is Ash Wednesday. Sinasadya ko talagang magpa-late dahil umatend pa ako ng misa sa Sacred Heart Parish Church. So, nang dumating ako, naabutan ko ang mga residents na nag-outdoor activity, actually almost patapos na nga sila, and also some students from St. Mary's were also present. Nang dumating ako, parang ganoon pa din,may mga hindi talaga active at tila ayaw mag-exercise, kung sino lang yung resident na laging active at madalas na makipag-interact sa mga students eh sila pa din yung mapapansin mo.


 
During the aerobics session, one person that I observed was Q. Sa totoo lang, nagulat ako when I saw him joining the other residents na mag-aerobics, humiga sa mat, mag-lying leg curl at mag-push-ups. Very rare and honestly never ko pa talagang nakitang mag-exercise si Q. since we started our practicum here. Ito yung first time kong makita siya na mag-aerobics. Nakakatuwa lang ng makita siyang nag-participate. ;)
